Cy and Oliver

This month’s shout-out goes to Cy Gregory: way more than just a fundraising hero this Sepsis Awareness Month.

If you haven’t already read Cy’s moving account of his baby son Oliver’s sepsis story in his four-part blog on our website we would really encourage you to do so: read more here.

Cy then took over our social media on World Sepsis Day – Monday 13th September – and did a fantastic job of raising awareness of sepsis and of the work done by Sepsis Research FEAT.

He took part in an interview with a UK national newspaper.

And finally – as if that wasn’t enough – Cy and his best mate Dan Hayes took part in a Tough Mudder on Saturday 18th September, raising over £1200 for Sepsis Research FEAT. (You can still donate to their Just Giving page here)

Cy: thank you!!

We know how much it meant to you to raise awareness and help prevent other families from going through the trauma of sepsis as your own family did. You couldn’t have done a better job and we would like to express the gratitude of the whole team here at Sepsis Research FEAT.
